License House manufactures for the education market. Every child at a Dutch primary school is taught to read using the reading method of Educational Publishers Zwijsen. Licence House, in cooperation with Zwijsen, has produced a range of educational tools including several unique educational films based on Zwijsen’s ‘Treasure Chest edition 3’. The films ‘starring’ Pompom, Loeloe, Oma (Grandma) and Tim have now found their way into many classrooms in the Netherlands. See also 3D animation.

 

At Zwijsen’s request License House developed products based on the Moon-Rose-Fish reading method that are suitable for sale in the consumer market. This is how the beautiful tin magnetic letter, number and mosaic boxes came into being.
